LACTOYER is a uniform poder without lumps, of a yellowish-white color, with a salty-sweet flavor. It is made from cheese whey, with standardized and pasteurized fatty content,  to which a large part of its mineral salts has been separated by Nanofiltration.

Applications:

It is an alternative source of fat-free milk solids for partial replacement of skim milk powder in many applications within the food industry including confectionery, bakery, and ice cream production. This product is also used as an ingredient in applications within the special nutritious food industry due to its high nutritional benefits.
